So here I am in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the Merdeka 12 hours of Sepang! I went by Hong Kong for 1 night to switch racing suits and clothes before flying to KL.

I arrived here on Tuesday around 1230pm and by 2pm, was in the race car for my first practice of the week in the teams new GT3 RSR. The Team PCSR car looks absolutely gorgeous as it is painted in a new chrome colour similar to the Mclaren F1 cars. Check out the pics below!

We finished off practice on Tuesday with a night stint at the Sepang circuit. I feel very comfortable in the car as it is very easy to adjust to from my usual GT3 Cup Car I compete with in the Supercup.

I would have to say that the only thing that I need to adjust to is the fact the car has more aerodynamic grip than the Cup car so I have to build confidence in the car in the high speed bends. This car also has alot more horsepower so that takes a little getting used to as well.

The team is extremely prepared for this race and I would have to say that we are looking for nothing else than the overall win in this race. My co-drivers will be Alex Davison of Australia and Mok Weng Sun of Malaysia. I believe there will be 77 cars at the start of this race and getting through the traffic safe and quickly will be one of the key factors in this race.

On Thursday, we will have some final practice laps before heading into qualifying on Saturday. Qualifying is quite interesting as the our position is not just decided by 1 single fastest lap, but it will be determined by and aggregate time from all 3 drivers.

Our first task will be to put ourselves in a good position for the race, and after will we then turn our attention over to Saturdays race start.

I better get to sleep now, tomorrow we will practice driver changes and pit stops in the morning before getting into the car for our final practice sessions in the afternooon. Stay updated here throughout the weekend!
